GADSL-Global Automotive Declarable Substance List

From April 5th, 2005, a new declarable substance list GADSL, short for Global Automotive Declarable Substance List substituted ILRS, abbreviated name for International List of Reportable Substances. ILRS came into effect from 2004 with the intention to ingrate all the reportable substances required by all the OEMs into one inventory. From the first version of ILRS, this project has being carried out forward till now and made a significant step to issue GADSL with the support of masses of suppliers and chemical industries.
GADSL is the achievement of mutual efforts coming from automotive industries, auxiliary suppliers as well as representatives from chemical/ plastic industries, which cooperated to found GASG, Global Automotive Stakeholders Group. The objective of GASG is to facilitate the communication of specific substance and information throughout the whole supply chain.
