Chemservice and Songwon announce the formation of "Chemservice Asia Company Ltd." a joint venture regulatory affairs consultancy

Songwon Industrial Co., Ltd., (Ulsan/Korea) and Chemservice S.A. (Grevenmacher/Luxembourg) announced that they have launched the regulatory affairs consulting company "Chemservice Asia Co. Ltd." registered in Seoul, Korea as of February 1st, 2010.
