TPU is known for its outstanding elasticity, transparency, abrasiveness and oil resistance. Such valuable properties make TPU essential in a wide range of applications one of which is the production of cases for electronic devices like iPhone.

Review of the global market for thermoplastic polyurethane shows a buoyant demand, specifically in Asia which is the world’s largest TPU manufacturer. About 60% of the total TPU output is produced in Asia. Vigorously growing demand for TPU in this region attracts a lot of the Western companies to make good investments into its production.
