Retrospect, Nowadays and Future Trends of Moldova Chemical Industry

The current state of the chemical industry in Moldova is quite contradictory and complicated. Chemical plants and units, as well as other industrial enterprises are fitted out with obsolete equipment. Products manufactured are mainly of small added value and lower quality. However, Moldova’s chemical industry has been developing steadily during last five years. Capacity of chemical and processing industry grew up and production range enlarged. So, chemical industry output totals about USD 45m.
